No. Every Box is ready to gift with no prices included.

Yes, items received will be identical to the photos shown.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours so should you wish to make any changes we advise these are requested within 24 hours. If you have received a dispatch email then unfortunately we cannot make any changes or process a refund as the order has left our premises. To request changes, please email hello@loumeebox.com and include your order number so we may locate your order easily.

We’d love to help with that. If you’re planning a special event or need multiple boxes, please email us. We’ll work with you to create something memorable.

We currently ship across Canada only.

Shipping is free for all orders across Canada.

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your box is on its way.

We do not offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or with an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a prompt replacement.

Yes. We offer pickup in Toronto and same-day delivery within the GTA for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
